Breakfast is always a highlight of the day, and is served in the large room by the pool from 7.30 am to 11.00 am. A rich regional buffet where local products are given pride of place: Corsican cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, breads and pastries baked on site, traditional Corsican cakes (fiadone, chestnut tart, Picciola, Canistrelli, etc. .) mountain honey, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurts, a varied assortment of local artisanal jams, etc ... We pay particular attention to the quality of the breakfast. Served as a full buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. in the dining room or on the terrace between the river and the swimming pool, we offer a large buffet where regional products are in the spotlight, you will thus find an assortment of traditional cold meats, Corsican, sheep and goat cheeses, milder cheeses ...
